Returns & Exchanges

At Meissner Sewing & Vacuum, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if an item doesn't meet your needs, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on most products. Please note that certain items, such as software, opened embroidery designs, and industrial machines, may be subject to specific restrictions.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals included, and confirm the purchase was made within the last 30 days.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team or visit one of our retail locations to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your item to prevent damage during transit and clearly mark the outside of the box with your assigned RMA number before shipping it back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees or shipping costs.
